Cut from the same parent hormone as PT-141, but works on a completely different pathway — no arousal effects, no pigmentation changes, just anti-inflammatory signalling. Most of the research sits in gut inflammation (colitis models in mice) and skin irritation, with some antimicrobial activity against bacteria including MRSA reported too. Like BPC-157 and TB-500, there's no completed human trial behind any of it — the strongest single dataset dates back to 2008, and it's animal data.

How it works

Gets pulled into cells through a gut-lining transporter and jams a switch called NF-κB that turns on inflammation — without touching the arousal or pigmentation pathway its parent hormone uses.

Enters cells via the PepT1 transporter and inhibits NF-κB, blocking transcription of pro-inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6, independent of activity.
